We are greatly saddened by the sudden passing of Andrew James Frans, 48, of St. Catharines, on August 13, 2026.
Born in Grimsby, Ontario, on December 4, 1977, Andrew will be remembered for the love he gave, the laughter he brought, and the lasting memories he leaves with those who knew him.
He will be lovingly remembered by his sons, Andrew and Kyle; his parents, Teo and Ena; his brothers, Daniel and Joseph; his sister, Anna, and brother-in-law, Andy; his nephews, Hunter and Sawyer; as well as his extended family, friends, and all those whose lives he touched.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted by the WELLAND FUNERAL HOME, CREMATION AND RECEPTION CENTER, 827 East Main St., Welland, ON. A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, August 23, from 2:00–4:00 p.m., at 95 Bunting Road, St. Catharines.
Parking is available at Jeanne Sauvé French Immersion Public School.
Family and friends are welcome to come together to remember Andrew, share in the memories he leaves behind, and celebrate his life.
