SLADE, Douglas Gordon Fleming Slade
February 20, 1939 - January 4, 2024
Passed away January 4, 2024, after a lengthy battle with dementia and Parkinson’s.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 63 years, Lynne (Pierdon) Slade.
Very loving father to his children: Ian (Natalie), Paul (Jeannie), Randy (Leeann) and Tania.
He will be dearly missed by his 7 grandchildren: Brittany, Lindsey, Kayla, Jennifer, Stephanie, Emily and Tyler; as well as his 7 great-grandchildren: Jeremie, Eòin, Graham, Nora, Ava, Liam and Stella.
He was beloved uncle Dougie to Dale Duncan and Dina Maciborka.
As per Doug’s wishes, there will be no visitations held, and interment will be private.
