It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Paul Wayne Bowen, who passed away on March 9th at age 69. Paul passed away peacefully in Oshawa with his family by his side.

Paul was born on October 14th, 1956. He was a hard-working, dedicated, and loving husband and leaves behind his wife of 51 years Diane Bowen (nee Roy) and his sons and their families, Adam (Amanda, Mila, Zoe) and Jeremy (Tiffany, Carly, Eli, Addie). He was predeceased by his brother George Bowen and leaves behind his brothers Alfred Bowen and Guy Parks.

Paul devoted his time to all things family. He was loved greatly by his 5 grandchildren. Paul was a fun-loving, supportive, and caring grandfather. His love will be missed dearly by everyone close to him.

Paul enjoyed everything outdoors and loved spending time in the backyard with family and friends. Paul loved to play golf and cherished the time he spent on the course.

A Celebration of Paul’s Life will be held on March 27th from 3 pm to 7 pm at the Royal Canadian Legion Bowmanville. A service will be held at 4:30 pm.
