It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Charlene on January 4, 2026 at the age of 69, at Lakeridge Health Bowmanville. Charlene is predeceased by her beloved parents Betty and Charles Milner. Loved sister of Cathy (Dave), and Mike (Jennifer). Cherished aunt of Kevin (Juanita), Andrew (Sarah), Ashley (Kirk), Jessica (Brandon), Kerry and Laurel (Justin). Great aunt to Charlie, Levi, Carson, Violet, Hailey, Elliott and Bessie. Predeceased by her nephew Darryl Cairns and great nephew George Milner. Charlene will be lovingly remembered by her extended family and friends.
