Passed away peacefully on November 22, 2025, at the age of 65, at the Hanover and District Hospital with her family by her side.
Sue was born on March 27, 1960, in Grande Prairie, Alberta, to the late Hal and Maxine Tipper. She will be fondly remembered by her husband, Brian Grubb, and daughter, Helen Grubb, whom she loved deeply. She is also survived by her sisters Barb (Albert) Lynch of Manitoba and Cathy (Bill) Tipper of Alberta; her in-laws Marilyn (John) Allison of Owen Sound and Bruce (Julie) Grubb of Guelph; and her nieces and nephews: Erin, Kelly, Michael, Brittany, and Daniel.
Sue found her passion in owning Fabulous Fashions Consignment Boutique in Hanover, a place where she poured her creativity and spirit into her work. She had a special fondness for her pets and enjoyed their daily companionship. Those who knew Sue will forever remember her wonderfully quirky sense of fun.
To honour Sue’s wishes, cremation has taken place and her family will hold a private memorial service.
