Passed away on November 11, 2025, at the age of 85. A respected resident of Toronto, Ontario, Peter will be remembered fondly by his family and friends.
Peter is survived by his beloved wife, Sandy. He was a devoted father to Julie Evans and her husband, Matthew, and Marcie Beaven-Brindle and her husband, Stuart. Peter was a cherished grandfather to Brooke and her partner, Jake, Jesse and his partner, Rayanne, Connor, and Dylan. He is also survived by his brother, Roger, and his wife, Angela. As an uncle, Peter was loved by Chris and his wife, Karen, and Joanna and her husband, Peter, and he was a great-uncle to Devyn and Shayne.
Peter enjoyed spending time at his cottage on Chandos Lake, where he found peace and joy in the natural surroundings.
A visitation will be held at Courtice Funeral Chapel, located at 1587 Highway #2, Courtice, ON, L1E2R7, on November 22, 2025, from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm. Following the visitation, a Celebration of Life will take place at the same location, beginning at 1:30 pm.
Peter will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
