It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Thomas Patrick Doiron, who left us peacefully on September 1st, 2025 at the age of 72.
Tom leaves behind his loving partner Laraine of 25 years. Loving father to his 2 children, Nicole (Steven), and Thomas (Kandace). His grandchildren Michael, Alex, Emily, Caden, and Isabelle. His siblings Audrey (the late Bob), Mike (Lila), Bonnie, Rick (Liseanne), Joe (Wynne Anne), John (Rhonda). He is also survived by his stepchildren Greg (Jessica), Erin ( Aaron). Step grandchildren Taylor, Jaxon, William, Luke, Beau, Brad, and Quinn.
He will be fondly remembered by his many nieces and nephews.
Tom was a loving father, a cherished friend, and a pillar of support to those who knew him. Whether offering wise advice or sharing a warm smile, he made the world a better place simply by being in it.
Visitation will be held on Monday September 8th from 9:30am to 10:30 am at Oshawa Funeral Home, 847 King St. W. Oshawa.
A memorial service to celebrate Tom’s life will begin at 10:30 am, followed by reception.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to a charity of your choice in honor of his memory.
