Zaldy was loved by many; an independent, strong willed, resilient, intelligent, hard working and loving man. He taught his children wisdom, the art of solving and prioritizing family. Zaldy wouldn’t hesitate to help anyone, in anyway he could. In his last few moments on earth, he grew very close to the Lord and for that we believe he is now in the arms of God and reunited with his parents and loved ones in heaven.
With God’s borrowed time on earth, Zaldy will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him, and the honour of being loved by him. He is survived by his family, Alyssa (daughter), Aiden (son), Marilou (wife) and Faith (family dog).
The family would like to extend their sincerest gratitude to the Nurses, Doctors, Allied Health Professionals of Sunnybrook Hospital – not only for their hard work and dedication, but for the compassion, comfort and outstanding care they showed not only for Zaldy, but for the family as well during this difficult time.
