GALLAGHER, Daniel Gallagher

He passed away peacefully on May 24, 2026. With broken hearts, we announce the loss of a wonderful and loving husband, father, father-in-law, grandfather, brother, and friend.

Daniel Gallagher is survived by his beloved wife, Judy, and his sons: Neil (predeceased); Sean, father of Tyler and his wife Tristan, Jessica (predeceased), Savannah of Espanola, and Riley of Cold Lake, Alberta; Colin, his wife Jessica, and their daughter Clara of London, Ontario; and Kevin, his wife Melanie, and their son Drake of Espanola.

Dan was a hardworking and dedicated employee of the Domtar Paper Mill for 40 years. He was also proud to serve with the Espanola Volunteer Fire Department for 28 years. It brought him comfort knowing he served alongside such a strong and supportive group of men and women who always had his back.

Dan will be remembered for his dedication to his family, his community, and the many friendships he built throughout his life.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
