ABBOTT, Marie Ann Abbott

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Marie Ann Abbott on June 16, 2026 at the age of 86 at the Margaret Bahen Hospice. She is reunited in Heaven with her beloved husband Terry and son Stephen. Loving mother of Gordon (Florence), Len (Terri), and Darlene (Tom).  Adoring grandmother of Christopher (Meaghan), Cody, Stephanie, (Neil), Emma (Patrick), and Alex. Proud great-grandmother of Greyson, Liam and Quinn.

Her passing leaves a profound emptiness in the hearts of her nieces and nephews and many friends. She will be remembered for her compassion, her unwavering loyalty, and the love she showed to her family and friends throughout her life.

May her memory be a blessing, and may she rest in eternal peace.

Memorial donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the Margaret Bahen Hospice or to Parkinson Canada.
