SULLIVAN, Carolyn Sullivan

A life is measured not by the number of years lived, but by the love shared, the kindness given, and the lives touched along the way. By every measure, Carolyn Veronica Sullivan lived a remarkable life.

It is with profound sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved mother, Carolyn Veronica Sullivan, on August 3.

Carolyn was a devoted mother of six, grandmother of nine, and great-grandmother of four. She was a loving and generous presence in her family, church, and community, touching the lives of everyone who knew her. She spent her life caring for others, often putting the needs of family and friends before her own, and did so with grace, compassion, and unwavering faith.

Carolyn’s love was the foundation of her family. She was a source of strength, wisdom, and comfort to her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and all who were fortunate enough to know her. Her home was always open, and her heart was always ready to offer support, encouragement, and kindness. Guided by her faith and devotion to her church community, she freely shared her time, love, and spirit with others.

Carolyn is lovingly remembered by her children: Danny Sullivan, Michelle Henry, Marsha Sullivan, Aisha Browne, Cosmos (CJ) Smith, and Jerome Smith; her grandchildren: Schyler, Kimeshia, Jade, MJ, Devonne, Sanaa, Karma, Cali, and Avah; her great-grandchildren: Xavia, Draco, Harlow, and Astraea; and her siblings: Jerry, Keith, Adonis, Joanne, Gillian, and Lisa.

Her love, strength, and legacy will live on in the hearts of her family, friends, and all those whose lives she touched. She will be forever loved and deeply missed.
