With very heavy hearts and many tears, we announce the unexpected passing of Timothy (Tim) Walter Robinson on June 2, 2025, at the age of 52. He leaves behind his best friend, wife, and business partner Josie Robinson (Giovenco), and his beloved children Caleb and Vianna Robinson.
Born in Cambridge, Ontario, Tim was the youngest of twelve children to Norman and Beulah (Brubacher) Robinson. He is survived by siblings Helen, George (Ruth), Mary, Pete (Lynne), Wendy (Fred), Ruth (Jim), Mark (Sue), Diane, Jennifer, Andrew (Robin), and Sheryl (Mark), as well as in-laws Tony and Vita. He will be lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews, and extended family across Canada, the U.S., Ireland, and South Africa.
A real estate investor, developer, and contractor, Tim was known for his quiet presence, deep conversations, and generous spirit. He found fulfillment in helping others achieve their dreams. His blend of modern insight and old-fashioned values made him truly unique.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, June 16, 2025, at St. John’s Dixie Cemetery & Crematorium, 737 Dundas Street East, Mississauga. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., followed by a memorial service at 1:00 p.m. and a reception and tribute from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Crohn’s & Colitis Canada are appreciated, in honour of Tim’s long-standing battle and his commitment to the cause.
