Kay Crowell

It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Kay on June 4, 2025 at the age of 98.

Devoted wife of the late Calvin Ross Crowell. Beloved daughter of the late Walter and Myrtle Nickerson. Predeceased by her dear brother Clinton (Ellen). Loving mother of the late Neil (Lynda), Greg (Cindy), Heather Moore (Ron) and Shelley. Cherished grandmother of Chris (Tracy), Wayne (Brenda) Amanda (Adam), Sheri (Mark), Shawn, Trempress (Erica), and Melissa. Blessed with 7 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren. Kay will be dearly missed by her large extended family and many friends from coast to coast. The family would like to acknowledge the outstanding staff at The Tower of Port Hope and express our sincere appreciation for their compassionate care and support. Resting at Armstrong Funeral Home 124 King Street East Oshawa.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, June 10, 2025 from 6 to 8 pm. Funeral services will be held in the chapel on Wednesday June 11, 2025 at 11 am. Interment at Thornton Cemetery at 1200 Thornton Rd N Oshawa. Reception to follow at First Baptist Church 812 Hortop Street Oshawa.
