Mariam Schauer

Passed away peacefully at home with her husband and daughter by her side on May 13, 2025, after a fierce 3-year battle with cancer.

Mariam loved all sports and was an avid sports fan of all Toronto sports teams and cats were her favourite animals in the whole world.

Mariam is survived by her loving husband John Schauer of almost 63 years. Mariam leaves behind 3 children; Edward (Pam), John, Kathleen who will miss her dearly. Mariam was a loving grandmother to 4 grandchildren; Stuart, Jeffery, Robyn and Darrio.
