THOMPSON, Nicole “Nikki” – passed away unexpectedly at the Pembroke Regional Hospital, surrounded by her family on Monday, July 27, 2026 at the age of 62 years.
Nikki Thompson (nee Bernatchez) of Pembroke, loving wife of Ted Thompson. Beloved mother of Tela Blaedow, Pembroke; and Tricia Bedard (Alex), Ottawa; and step-mother of Cale & Andrew (Carlee) Thompson, both of Toronto. Cherished daughter of Rita (nee Sabourin) and the late Jean Bernatchez; and dear sister of Linda Marner (Al), Saskatchewan; and Gary (Cathy) & Ronald Bernatchez, both of Pembroke. Nikki will be missed by her aunts & uncles, nieces & nephews, cousins and many friends.
Respecting Nikki’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Columbkille Cathedral, Pembroke on Tuesday, August 4, 2026 at 11:00 a.m., with interment in St. Columba’s Cemetery. A Celebration of Nikki’s life will follow at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to Neville Funeral Home, 491 Isabella St., Pembroke.
