Maxine Barbara Tierney (Hamilton) passed away peacefully at Lakeview Manor, Beaverton, on March 15, 2025.

Maxine was predeceased by her husband James Tierney (2000). Cherished mother of Donald, Debra (John), Suzanne, and predeceased by her daughter Jeanette.
Loving grandma of Amber (Gary), Heidi (James), Dan (Katie), Jeff (Danielle), Tom (Amy), G-ma of Nicholaas (Bethany), Kristina (Corey), Jonathan (Lauren), Vanessa (Greg).
Great-grandmother of Zachary (Victoria), Anna, Jack, Sullivan, Gabriel, Abigail, Henry, Elizabeth, James, Hayden, Grayson, and Evangaline.

Maxine will be dearly missed by her brother Fred (Pat), her dear friend William Brunning, and by the extended Hamilton family.
Special thanks to Dr. Borchuk and the staff at Lakeview Manor, Old Mill for all the care and kindness you provided.

A memorial visitation will be held at Mangan Funeral Home on Saturday, March 29, 2025, from 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM.

A private interment at Old Stone Church Cemetery, Beaverton, will be held at a later date.

If so desired, memorial donations may be made by cheque through Mangan Funeral Home to Lakeview Manor Ladies Auxiliary or to the Alzheimer’s Society and would be appreciated by the family.
