Peacefully in her sleep on February 26, 2025, Helen Demakos passed away in her 100th year.
Predeceased by her husband Anthony (Tony) Demakos.
Dear mother of Straty Demakos and his wife, the late Peggy Mersereau of Port Hope, George Demakos, and Andy Demakos and his wife Cindy Demakos of Mississauga.
Beloved by three grandchildren, Peter, Anastasia, and Isabella, and two great-grandchildren, Eleni and Orla.
Predeceased by her sister Flori and survived by her sister Betty.
She will be greatly missed.
Friends will be received at Logan Funeral Home, 371 Dundas Street, London, Ontario (between Waterloo & Colborne St.), on Tuesday, March 4, 2025, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Prayers will be conducted in the Logan Chapel Tuesday evening at 8:00 p.m.
Funeral service will be held at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, 131 Southdale Rd. W., London, Ontario on Wednesday, March 5, 2025, at 11:00 a.m.
Interment in Woodland Cemetery, London, Ontario.
Those who wish may make memorial donations to Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church in memory of Helen.
A tree will be planted by the Logan Funeral Home as a living memorial to Helen Demakos (née Tatulis).
