Peacefully at the Pembroke Regional Hospital on Thursday August 20, 2026 at the age of 93 years. Doris Jean McCutcheon (nee Paquette) of Petawawa, beloved wife of the late Norman McCutcheon. Loved and cherished mother of Bert McCutcheon (Judy), Guy McCutcheon (Heidi), Glenn McCutcheon (Brenda) and Kirk McCutcheon (Denise) all of Petawawa, Earl McCutcheon (Mary-Lou), Edmonton, Wade McCutcheon (Vanessa), and Scott McCutcheon (Maria), both of Petawawa. Loving grandmother of 16 grandchildren,18 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. Dear sister of Barbara Trenhaile, Pembroke and Edmond Paquette of Petawawa.
Predeceased by her brother Earl Paquette and parents Wilfred and Anna (nee Gagnon) Paquette.
Friends are invited to share their memories of Doris with her family during visitation at the MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 296 Isabella Street, Pembroke on Tuesday August 25, from 2 – 4 and 6 – 8 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday August 26 at 10:30 a.m. in Our Lady of Sorrows Church, 11 Mohns Avenue, Petawawa. Interment St. Columba’s Cemetery.
