Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 18, 2024, at Banwell Gardens Long-Term Care Center at the age of 82. She is reunited with her beloved husband, James (2006).
Muriel was a loving mother to Shelley (Ken) and Tracey, and a cherished Nana to Jenna (Adam), Amber, David, Allan, and Andrew. She was also a proud Great Nana to Ayedon, Vincent, and Amelia. Muriel is survived by her sister Betty Attenborough (Ray 2006) and her brother Gerry Thompson. She will be missed by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.

Visitation: Sunday, December 22, 2024, at Families First Funeral Home, 3260 Dougall Ave, South Windsor (519-969-5841), from 2:00–4:00 p.m. and 6:00–8:00 p.m.
Funeral Service: Monday, December 23, 2024. Visiting resumes at 10:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11:00 a.m., followed by burial at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
