Christopher Thomas Adams, born February 6th, 1980, passed away at the age of 44 after a courageous battle with cancer. He is survived by his loving wife, Joanne, and his cherished daughters, Mackenzie and Chloe. Chris was a loyal and devoted brother to Jason, Kevin, and Sean as well as an adored nephew to Patricia “Paddy” Adams and the late Micheal Adams. He will be forever remembered by his loving cousins Wilson and Danielle (Shoiab) for the loyalty and love he showed them throughout his life, while also showing all of his love for his niece Kayla and nephew Thomas.

Throughout his life, Chris dedicated his career to Ontario Power Generation, where he had worked since 1999. He was respected by his colleagues and formed lasting friendships with his team. His commitment to his work was only surpassed by the love he had for his family.

Chris also devoted his time to watching soccer with the Liverpool Supporters Club of Durham Region. He was a dedicated fan of Liverpool until the very end and enjoyed every minute he was able to spend with friends and family watching the games.

The family wishes to extend heartfelt gratitude to his oncologist, Dr. Rothenstein, his surgeon, Dr. Moulton, and the dedicated doctors and nurses at the Lakeridge Health Supportive Care unit. Their exceptional care and compassion made a significant difference during Chris’s battle.

Chris will be remembered for his kindness, strength, and unwavering dedication to those he loved. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
