Peacefully, surrounded by loving family, at St. Joseph’s Hospice on Sunday, October 4th, 2026, James Joseph Kerwin passed away at the age of 86. Jim is now reunited with his beloved wife of 52 years, the late Constance “Connie” Kerwin (2013). Loving father of James (Lea) Kerwin, and Tammy (Les) Burton. Cherished grandfather of Ian Kerwin. Predeceased by his parents James and Helen. Jim worked for Union Gas, retiring as a customer service supervisor. He loved to golf and was fortunate enough to have 2 holes-in-one during his lifetime. Jim especially enjoyed doing puzzles with his grandson, Ian. He was a hardworking husband and father who always made sure his family was provided for and cared for. Jim was a very social person who loved meeting new people and making friends. He treasured spending time with family and friends, and those who knew him will remember his warm and caring nature. Jim will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by his family and friends. Family and friends will be received on Thursday, October 8, 2026 at SFH – McKenzie Blundy Chapel, 431 N.
