Moira Milne Elsley, 86, passed away on October 10, 2026.
She was the founder of Lambton Elderly Outreach in Petrolia, an organization devoted to supporting and serving seniors in the Lambton community. Her vision created a lasting resource for elderly residents and their families.
Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Smith Funeral Home in Sarnia.
