John Allan Edwards

Passed away on October 19, 2026 at Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre in Barrie. John Allan Edwards was born on October 27, 1944 on Thorah Island, ON to parents John “Allan” and Irene (Fleming) Edwards. John was the cherished husband of Lyndia (Grexton) for 56 years. Loving father of Kaine Edwards (Genieve), and Marisa Edwards (Geoff). Dear brother of Liz Edwards, he was pre-deceased by his sisters Evelyn Johnston and Elsie Edwards. He will be remembered by his many nieces, nephews and friends. A graveside service will be held at Stone Church Cemetery on Friday November 13th at 2 P.M. If so desired, memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
