Beloved husband of Betty; father of John (Barbara), Jeffrey (Leah), and Avaleen (Eric); and grandpa of Andrew (Rana), Katherine, Jennifer, Sean (Nicolette), Daniel, Nicole (Amalan), Matthew (Rachel), Cainan (Shan) and Lauren (Nikesh). Predeceased in 2015 by his first wife and life partner of 58 years, Vivian.

He was born May 21, 1933, at Pointe-du-Chêne, New Brunswick, the only child of John Walker and Bessie Wallace.
