MANSELL, Raymond Michael, P.Eng. - U of T'75, BASc.
It is with deep sadness the family announces the passing of Ray on Friday, October 19th, 2018, at age 66, surrounded in the loving presence of his wife, sons and brother.
He died with dignity and grace, as he lived his life.
Ray leaves his wife Rose (nee Bradshaw), having recently celebrated a milestone 44th wedding anniversary.
His two beloved sons Michael, (Stacey) and Stephen, forever fiercely proud of their many accomplishments in life, both personal and professional. Grandpa Ray cherished a special bond with his beautiful grand-daughter Adina Grace, smiles only they understood, even in his final days.
Ray also leaves his brother Gordon, (Inis), many cousins from both families, and a wide group of close Uxbridge friends. Lifelong friends Anne and John, Michael and Margaret, their children and grandchildren, who have also become members of our family. Ray was predeceased by his parents Alvin and Eleanor Mansell.
He reluctantly only resigned due to ill health. As a master woodworker, our home is filled with many of Ray’s beautiful creations.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Low and Low Funeral Home, Uxbridge, on Saturday, November 3, 2018 from 1-4 pm. A Time of Sharing is scheduled to begin at 3:30 pm.
