NIELSEN, Heather Anne - Passed away peacefully surrounded by her children on Saturday, November 24, 2018 at the age of 61.
Predeceased by her father Allan Glenn; Heather will be forever remembered by her husband Jens, their children Ben & Briar, her mother Margaret, her siblings Susan Clubine and Craig Glenn; her numerous nephews & nieces, and her dear friends.
Heather took great pride in her relationships with her family & friends, known for her quick wit, positive demeanour, & giving nature.
We will always hold her in our hearts.
