It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear beloved Vanessa Lynn on Friday, December 14th, 2018.

Loving niece of Jim, Phil (Ruth), late Rick (Deb & Cliff), Brian (Paula), Alex (Brenda), Delena (George), Sharon (Ray) and Simon.

Auntie to Jacqueline, James, Matthew and Paul.

Vanessa leaves behind many wonderful cousins; Jennifer, Alannah, Cameron, Alison, Mike, Trish, Juliana, and Paul.

Vanessa always treasured her many long lasting friendships especially with her best friend Susan and the "East Enders" of Oshawa.

She loved and adored her faithful companion Tommy, her cat.

A proud and loyal former Lakeridge Health Oshawa employee, prior to that, she worked at Whitby Swiss Chalet for over 15 years - Vanessa was always loyal and giving to many.

She had the most beautiful big heart andwas truly a wonderful human being.

Her love was unconditional and she had a great sense of humour.

Vanessa was an incredible story teller - to that she would say 'I take after my Mom' and on the serious issues of life she would say 'I take after my Dad'.

In herweakest moments, Vanessa knew she could turn to her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She never wavered in her love and trust for God.

Vanessa's legacy liveson through her participation in the Trillium Gift of Life Donation program.
