JAHNKE, Arnold - July 29, 1932 – October 29, 2019
It is with broken hearts the family announce Arnold’s sudden passing at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on Tuesday, October 29, 2019 in his 88th year.
Beloved husband of Erika Gruebe for 62 years.
Predeceased by his parents, Robert and Erna Jahnke and his brother Waldemar. Fondly remembered by his extended family and friends.
Arnold was a hard working man who loved farming, growing is vegetable farms to include three storages.
Family and friends may call at the Low and Low Funeral Home, Uxbridge, on Tuesday, November 5, 2019 from 12:00 p.m. until the time of the service in the chapel at 1:00 p.m. A reception will follow on the lower level, after which Arnold will be laid to rest in Uxbridge.
In memory of Arnold, donations may be made to Wegener’s Disease Research at the Vasculitis Foundation or a charity important to you.
