MUZANOVIC, Rolanda Elisabeth Muzanovic (nee Keplinger) - April 30 1937 - November 19 2019
Passed away peacefully, surrounded by family on Tuesday November 19, 2019 at Sunnybrook hospital at the age of 82.
She is survived her loving husband of 52 years, Bozidar, her son Alexander (Jennifer), and her grandchildren Jill and A.J.
Rolanda will be remembered by her brother Horst (Gudrun) and friends at in Ajax.
Born in Austria in 1937, Rolanda grew up in a small village with her family.
After nannying for families in England and Italy for several years, Rolanda and Bozidar met in Croatia while Rolanda was on vacation with her mother. Together they immigrated to Canada in 1968.
Rolanda and Bob moved to Ajax after starting their family, and she worked as a crossing guard for Lincoln Ave. P.S. for many years.
Rolanda was a member of the Faithway Baptist Church for over 25 years, and will be missed by her friends there. In her later years Rolanda enjoyed cooking for her family, Tai Chi, and tending to her vast vegetable garden in the summer.
Visitation will take place Friday November 22nd from 11am-1pm, with a memorial service immediately following, at Faithway Baptist Church in Ajax, 1964 Salem Road Ajax ON.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Canadian Bible Society or Canadian Cancer Society .
