WADMAN, Mark Christopher - It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of Mark Christopher Wadman at the age of 48, on the afternoon of Sunday May 3rd.
Mark will be forever cherished by his longtime partner of 30 years, Regi Khokher, his mother Clare Herrema (John), his father Barry Wadman (Gillian), his brother Craig Wadman, his stepbrother Corey, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and loving family.
Mark will also be terribly missed by the many members of his chosen family including Robb, Mike, Tim, Brad, Michael, Kim, Marlene, Shirley, Mary Ann, Zahra, Mariko, Adam, Eric, Rudi, Oliver, Pat, Ajit, Richie, Phil W, Ryan, Nick, Dean, Phil T, Ivan, Ande, Andrew, Heather, John, and many others from all around the world.
Mark will always be remembered for his beautiful smile and generous heart.
He loved coffee, animals (especially cats), and received so much joy from helping people.
He was also an ardent environmentalist, who had a deep commitment to social justice and equality. Mark also loved to travel, adventuring all over the world with Regi and his multitude of friends.
Mark was a thoughtful academic, who had a deep love of reading and poetry. He was also a passionate and dedicated teacher, who loved making a positive difference in his students’ lives.
Mark was a loving person, and his presence will be dearly missed by many.
