Loving Poppa of Mike Mann and Rachel Armstrong and Heather and her husband Andrew Kelly and great Poppa of Makayla, Abby, and Jocelyn.
Due to the COVID-19 Restrictions, a private service with family and friends will be held in Port Perry.
