DAY, Morris William 'Moe' - It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Morris (Moe) peacefully at his home in Oshawa, at the age of 83, on January 31, 2021 due to complications related to Parkinson’s disease.
He will be greatly missed by his wife Sandra, of 60 years, his daughter Susanne Brown (Don), son Stuart (Lorraine), mother-in-law Marie Stewart and 5 grandsons, Hansen, Aaron, Brendan, Wesley and Spencer.
Morris is survived by his brothers Doug, Lorne (Ethel), Winston and sister Nancy (Kees) and was predeceased by his sisters Margaret, Gwen and brother Frank.
Morris worked as a supervisor at General Motors, Oshawa for 40 years and retired to enjoy his life at home and at the cottage at Kasshabog Lake.
In his younger years, Morris played hockey with his GM buddies, played golf and enjoyed fishing.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, there will not be a service or visitation. Cremation has already taken place and a small family gathering will happen at a later date.
