De LEO, Leonaora Maria - March 7, 1964 – July 12, 2021
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved, kind and loving sister, Leonora Maria De Leo.
Maria in her 57th year passed on July 12 at Lakeridge Health Cancer Centre after a long and courageous battle with cancer.
Predeceased by Antonio (father) and Bianca (mother).
Maria is survived by brothers Andrea (Mary Ann), Carlo (Joanne), and sisters Pina (Frank) and Julia.
Maria was a devoted Aunt and a great Aunt to her many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Sadly she will be missed by her Stepmother Maria in Italy and all of her Aunts, Uncles and cousins here, in Italy and Australia along with all of her very many devoted friends.
Donations in Maria’s memory can be made to Lakeridge Health Cancer Centre.
The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses and staff of the Cancer Centre, for their help and support in her 10 year battle with cancer.

Maria will be missed but will be in our hearts forever.
