* As of Sept. 22, 2021:  Funeral services (including visitations) are part of the Goverment

of Ontario's 'Vaccine Passport' requirement, If Held Indoors.

This includes Funeral Services at Funeral Home, Cemeteries and Crematoriums, If Held Indoors.

* From Sept. 22 to Oct. 12, 2021:
Funeral Guests may attend an Indoor Funeral, if they have Proof of a Negative COVID-19 Rapid Test,
taken 48 hours preceding the Funeral.

* After Oct. 12, 2021, all attendees must show proof of vaccination or written proof of a Medical
Exemption from a doctor or nurse.

There are no other exemptons for people attending funerals.

---Except for:
* Those presenting written proof of a Medical Exemption from a doctor or nurse; and
* Children under the age of 12.

* These measures do not apply to outdoor funerals.

* Everyone must still wear a mask or face covering.

Leonard JamesLEONARD, James Rheal Joseph Leonard  -  October 8, 1963 – July 8, 2021 

It is with sadness we announce the passing of ‘Jimmy’, suddenly at home in Toronto on July 8, 2021, in his 57th year.

Predeceased by his mother Joan (nee Hawley), and father Armand, and brother Darrell.

Loving brother of Darlene (Francois), Armand (Cheryl), Murielle (Jeff) and Jeffrey (Lisa).

Cherished uncle to 8 nieces and 1 nephew.

Friend to many.

 

 

As per Jimmy’s wish, he was entrusted to OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West, (905-721-1234) for cremation and will be laid to rest with his brother Darrell at Resurrection Cemetery, Whitby, in a private ceremony.

In lieu of flowers, donations are encouraged to Good Shephard Ministries, 412 Queen St East, Toronto, or Scott Mission, 502 Spadina Avenue, Toronto.
