McILVENNY, Larry McIlvenny - Larry passed away peacefully at Oshawa Hospital on November 2, 2021 in his 66th year.
He is survived by his loving wife Maureen, and will be dearly missed by his son Jordan and wife Lacey, Christopher and Cindy, and daughter Brandi and husband Todd.
Beloved grandfather to Aydan, Riley, Jonathan, Addison, Abigail, Myles and Ashley.
Larry is predeceased by his daughter Jessica and parents Jack and Sadie.
Larry had a need for speed, a love of vintage vehicles, motorcycles and Nascar racing.
Larry thrived in the outdoors, enjoying boating, sun tanning and a good fish fry. When time and health permitted, Larry was an avid traveler, enjoying memorable trips at the Indie 500, Disneyland, Vegas and many sun seeking cruises.
Larry was known for his sharp blue eyes, passionate nature, and unforgettable laugh and will be missed by many.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a CHARITY of your choice.
Visitation will take place at THORNTON FUNERAL CENTRE 1200 Thornton Road North, Oshawa 905-576-8711, on Monday November 8th 2021 at 10 am until time of service at 11 am in our Chapel. Burial will follow the service.
Proof of vaccination and photo ID will be required to attend the events.
