TOMOVSKI, Susan - (1939 - 2022) - Susan Tomovski (Tzongas), age 82, passed away peacefully on January 15, 2022.

Her struggles of the past several years with Alzheimer’s and Progressive Supranuclear Palsy is now over, reunited in heaven with her loving parents Kole (or Nick) and Sveta, her brother Bill, her beautiful niece Elsie, and her brothers-in-law George and Risto.

Those who were fortunate enough to know Susan, know that she was a woman of incredible strength, love and devotion to her family. A true ‘warrior’, always putting her family’s interests ahead of hers, and never letting life’s hardships impact the kindness in her heart or her mission to lovingly raise three rambunctious boys.

Susan was also fiercely proud of her Macedonian heritage, never forgetting her journey as a Macedonian refugee child, being raised and educated in Poland, and ultimately being reunited with her parents and siblings in Canada.

There, together with her Husband Tome, they raised three wonderful sons Alexander (Rachel), Nick (Annika) and Tome Jr (Aa-Na) and became a beloved Baba to Braedon, Logan, Kailee, Erik, Amanda, Isabella and Kaya.

Arrangements are entrusted with McEachnie Funeral Home, Ajax, Ontario.

Memorial donations in memory of Susan to the Alzheimer Society of Durham Region and the CNIB would be appreciated by the family.
