IRVINE, David Alexander - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of David Alexander Irvine on Thursday, January 27, 2022.
After a short illness, he peacefully entered into his Saviour’s arms.
Beloved husband of Mary for 60 years, loving father of Kathy/ David Michel, Sandra Irvine, Shari/Al Doseger, David Mark Irvine/Jennifer.
Amazing grandfather to Grace DiBello, Davin and Nadine Michel; Brent and Alexander Blayone; Jake and Brook (deceased) Doseger, Madyson Macinnis; Zachary and Ethan Irvine.
Great Granddad to Austin, Tyson and Colton DiBello; Evie and Levi Macinnis. Dearly loved brother to Jean (deceased) Hamilton, Olive Hamilton and Norman Irvine. He will be deeply missed by many friends and relatives.
A celebration of his life will be held at Emmanuel Community Church on Saturday, February 19, 2022.
Greeting of the family will take place between 12p.m.-1p.m. and his Celebration of Life will begin at 1pm.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Caesarea Christian Church or Pregnancy Help Centre of Durham.
Our family would like to thank the amazing staff of Lakeridge Health Oshawa, ICU for the incredible care and respect and graciousness they showed not only to Dave, but to the entire family during this time.
We will forever be grateful to all the doctors and nurses for Team Dave. We bless you all.
