WEBSTER, Carlyn Frances (nee Gilbert) - June 18, 1932 – February 28, 2022
Passed away peacefully at Hillsdale Estates on Monday, February 28th, 2022, in her 90th year.
Dearly beloved wife of Raymond for 67 years. Loving mother of Drew (Jean-Ann), Reid (Diane) and predeceased by Keith.
Cherished grandmother of Stephanie Gorby (Lance), Andrew (Angela), Lauren (fiancé Isaac), and great grandmother to Felicity, Zane and Brielle, Hazel and Dorothy.
Survived by her brother Albert "Ab" Gilbert (Elizabeth), sister-in-law Beatrice "Bea" Webster.
She will be missed by many nieces and nephews.
Carlyn worked briefly at General Motors and Camp X.
She was a member and past President of the Oshawa Curling Club, past member of the Oshawa Tennis Club, the Oshawa Lawn Bowling Club and enjoyed playing Bridge, travelling and spending time with family and friends.
Memorial Service will be held at the OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME , 847 King Street West (905-721-1234) on Friday, March 11th at 1:30 p.m. with visitation 1 hour prior to service.
Memorial donations to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated.
