MOREY, Lois Margaret - It is with profound sadness the family of Lois Margaret Morey (nee Perry) announces her passing on April 6, 2022 in her 95th year.
Wife of the late Cameron "Guy" Morey (1998).
She was born in Napanee, ON and was the daughter of the late Orval and Lottie Perry.
She was the beloved mother of Debra (Kelly Gallagher) of Balsam Lake, Cindy (the late Rob Winfield) of Oshawa, Elizabeth (Malcolm Ross) of Elmvale, Guy Morey (Donna) of Oshawa and Brenda (Harold Hoekstra) of Bolton.
Loved sister of Gail and Al MacKenzie. Lois was predeceased by her sisters Marion Flintoff, Helen Herd and Marjorie Stark and her brother Art Perry.
Loving grandmother of 15 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. She will be missed by her very good friend Dave Wall.
Friends may call at the Mount Lawn Funeral Home, Whitby on Monday, April 11th from 12:30-2 p.m. Service in the chapel at 2 p.m. Interment to follow at MOUNT LAWN CEMETERY.
Lois was an original employee at McDonald's Restaurant on Ritson Road South, Oshawa for 21 years. She was the hostess with the mostest and always greeted customers with a smile and a willingness to help.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the CHARITY of choice would be appreciated by the family.
