SMITH, Lenore Helen   -  Our hearts are broken! It is with great sadness to announce the passing of my mom/wife Lenore Smith on Sunday, May 22, 2022 at her home with her loving family by her side at the age of 80.

She struggled through a short 4 month battle with a very aggressive breast cancer.

Loving wife of John for 61 years.

Devoted mother to Kevin (Cindy) and Bonnie (Bill Dini).

Cherished grandmother of the late Kristy-Ann, Kyle (Stepheny), Carissa (Mason), Brittany (Matt), Devon (Alyssa) and Dylan. Proud great grandmother to Hallie, Joelle, Briella, and Brynlea.

Dear sister of the late George Kerr (Karen) and Betty Carter (the late Len Carter).

Predeceased by her parents George and May Kerr. Survived by her many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will take place at Mount Lawn Funeral Home & Cemetery, Whitby, on Friday, May 27, 2022 from 7-9 p.m. and Saturday, May 28, 2022 from 10 until the time of the service. Funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel at 11 a.m. Cremation to follow.

Donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, in memory of Lenore.
