BRIDEAU, Al Brideau - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Al Brideau in his 82nd year on November 08 2022.
Al is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Ovilda.
Al will also be fondly remembered by his children Deanna (Greg), Al, Tom (Debbie), Carmella (Keith), Joanne (Glen) and Nicole (Pat).
Al will also be fondly remembered by his 9 wonderful grandchildren and 3 wonderful great grandchildren. Al will also be remembered by his sister-in-law Stella, brother-in-law Dick; and many nieces and nephews.
Al is predeceased by his parents Thomas and Elizabeth; and his siblings Vimy, Leonard, Francine and Demerise.
A funeral service will be held at Newcastle Funeral Home on Wednesday November 16, 2022. Visitation will begin at 11:00 am, followed by a funeral service at 12:!5pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Al to the Bowmanville Hospital Foundation.
The family would like to express their gratitude to all the wonderful staff at Bowmanville hospital including Tracy, Leanne, Janet, Ashley, Sam; and the steadfast support from Dr. Aubrey Kassirer.
