McLEAN, Robert “Bob” Ewan  -  January 26, 1943 - December 8, 2022

Our dearest Bob passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family.

Predeceased by his parents, Walter and Audrey McLean, sisters Carole and Lorna McLean.

Beloved husband of 56 years to Roberta “Bobbie” McLean, brother to John McLean and Liz (Bryan) Swash; daughters Sharon (Ian) Williams and Susan (Rich) Fowler. Cherished Granddad to Lauren, Ryan, Nathan, Rachel, and Leah. Bob was a lifelong sports fan, he especially loved pitching for his baseball team, golf, and playing hockey.

A loyal employee of over 45 years at A.B. Dick Company in Rexdale, ON.

During retirement, he remained active and enjoyed his part time job at Ontario Motor Sales where he loved meeting new people.

He adored his family the most and was incredibly proud of each of them.

We are humbled and grateful for the care he received at Lakeridge Health in Oshawa.

The nursing staff lifted up and supported one of their own, Bob’s daughter Sue, by always taking the time out of their day to check on Bob.

He knew he was in good hands and for that we will be forever grateful. He leaves behind a huge gap in our family and will be sorely missed but never forgotten.

We have a lifetime of rich memories that we will hold dear to our hearts.

May you rest in peace until we meet again. We love you.
