COOK, John Richard - It’s with great sadness that we announce the passing of John Richard Cook age 74 of Oshawa Ontario passed away peacefully at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on Friday May 5th, 2023.
Loving husband of Jean Cook, father of Steven (Stacey), Jacalyn, grandfather/great grandfather of Dawna, Amanda, Joey, Makayla.
Beloved son of John E Cook & Hilda Jean Cook (predeceased), brother/sister Al (Clara), Rob (Pat), Mike (Sandra), Sandra, pre deceased Sharon (Dennis), Peter.
Missed and loved by many nieces and nephews. He will be greatly missed and forever in our hearts.
Small graveside ceremony will be held at MOUNT LAWN CEMETERY 21 Garrard Rd. Whitby ON. on May 18th at 10 am.
In lieu of flowers, donations in John’s memory may be made to any charity of your choice.
