HOLLAND, Heather Anne Holland, PSW - Heather Anne Holland died in her sleep after a brave & courageous 8 year battle with cancer on January 24th, 2024 at Lakeridge Health Oshawa.
Heather is the daughter of Orville and the late Barbara Holland.
She will be sadly missed by her Father, brother Blake (Shannon), nieces Megan (Craig) and Carly, great niece Rory, friend Hugh, her 2 coffee groups, her dog Buddy as well as at the annual Holland family luncheon.
Heather graduated from Centennial College as a PSW in 1999 and pursued her career in Niagara and Durham Regions until cancer ended her career in 2016. Special thanks to Dr. Kassirer, nurse Alexis, PSW Nancy and the staff at St. Elizabeth Home Care.
Heather has been cremated and a family funeral will take place in the spring.
Arrangements entrusted to Northcutt Elliott Funeral Home, 53 Division Street North Bowmanville.
Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or Marigold Hospice will be greatly appreciated.
