Petersen MarvinPETERSEN, Marvin 'Marv' -  Born July 3, 1938 passed away peacefully on Sunday October 29, 2017 at the age of 79 years at the Brantford General Hospital surrounded by his family. 

Marvin was dearly loved by his wife Aline, daughter Leigh-Anne, sons Adrian and Matthew James, brother Reginald (Carol) and step-daughters Debbie Vickerman, Diane Good (Brian), Sandi Bisset (Mark), and grandchildren Matthew (Amy), Ryan, Nikki, Kianna, Daae’, Isaac, Kim, Braedon, Hayley, Claire (Josh), Samuel, a great granddaughter Kaisy and many nieces and nephews. 

Pre-deceased by his parents Amil and Emily, a brother Keith and a sister Sharon Craig. 

Marv was a musician, an entrepreneur, a recipient of Peak Performance, he owned and operated Petersen Music store in Oshawa, Ontario.  He was a community leader, hilarious, genuine and musically talented.  He spent the last few years travelling across the United States for Ontario Delivery accompanied by his faithful friend Roscoe. 

Friends will be received at the Dennis Toll Funeral Home, Brantford on Thursday November 2, 2017 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m.  Service in the chapel on Friday November 3, 2017 at 1 p.m.  Cremation. 

Donations to the Church of the Nazarene appreciated.
