McGuire CharlesMcGUIRE, Charles –   Passed away peacefully at Lakeridge Health Oshawa, on December 5, 2017, at the age of 72, in the loving presence of his two sons.

Charles leaves to mourn his two sons, Danny (Susan) and Patrick (Denise), as well as his grandchildren Hannah, Sierra, Brooke and Jason.

Charles was the beloved son of the late Charles and Helen McGuire and brother of Bernard (Karen) and the late Vincent.

Charles also leaves to mourn his nieces and nephews Jeffrey (Renee), Adele (Rob), Mark (Cathy), Paul (Karen) and Michael (Kara) and several great nieces and nephews.

Charles was the dear companion of the late Catherine Matthew, and is lovingly remembered and cherished by Catherine's daughters Carrie Bon (Marcel) and Heather Matthew.

A special thanks to the staff of the critical care unit, Station 3, at Lakeridge Health Oshawa. Resting at the ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME, 124 King St E on Saturday December 9th.

Visitation will be held from 9:30am to 10:30am with a funeral mass to follow at 11:00am from St. Gregory the Great Roman Catholic Church.  Interment to follow at St. Francis de Sales Cemetery.
