Sobczak BoleslawSOBCZAK, Boleslaw  - Member of Polish Veteran’s Assembly Sikorski Hall; Proud Veteran of World War II

Passed away peacefully at Lakeridge Health Pickering and Ajax Hospital on Saturday July 7, 2018, in his 97th year.

Beloved husband of the late Irene Sobczak (2011).

Predeceased by his 6 sisters and 5 brothers.

Will be missed by her many nieces and nephews.

Sadly missed by nephew Roman Sobczak and his wife Elizabeth, their children Marta (Todd), Joseph and families.

Boleslaw was a proud veteran, General Motors Retiree and gave very generously to many hospitals in the Durham Region and in Poland.

Resting at the ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME, 124 King St.E., Oshawa on Thursday July 12th from 6-9 pm. Evening Rosary will be held at 8 pm.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Hedwig’s Catholic Church on Friday July 13th at 11 am. Interment to follow at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery, Whitby.

Memorial donations to the CHARITY of your choice would be appreciated.
