CHANDLER, Agnes Chandler

Born in London, Ontario and raised in North Buxton, Ontario.

Predeceased by her Father Hjalmar Carlsen, Mother Elizabeth Crosby-Travis, Step-father Henry Travis, Companion and Friend Ron Barry, Sisters Margaret Jackson, Elizabeth (Irene) Eastlake, Brothers Hjalmar Jr., Carl Carlsen, Harold (Harley) Carlsen. Leslie (Les) Trasvis and Earle Travis.

Survived by her brother Gary (Melanie) Travis.

She loved being called Aggie and Aunt Duckie.  She will be truly missed by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great nephews.  Aggie will be sadly missed by her best friend Verna Handsor and her friends Gail, Anne and Lynn.

Agnes Chandler was a believer in Jesus Christ and attended Voice of Triumph Ministries until 2018.

She had worked at the poultry plant and many years at the Dresden canning factory before retiring. Aggie loved to play cards and bingo in her retirement.

Friends will be received at the funeral home, 459 St. Clair Street, Chatham on Saturday, March 7, 2026 from 11:00 am until service time in the chapel at 1:00 pm.  Cremation to follow.

Donations in memory of Aggie may be made to the Heart & Stroke foundation or Charity of Choice would be appreciated by the family.
