Isobel Bell passed away peacefully at Copernicus Lodge, Toronto. She was a devoted mother and beloved grandmother.
Visitation will be held at Highland Park Funeral Centre, Peterborough, on February 18, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., followed by a funeral service.
