We announce the death of Bernice Vivian Sanderson (Aurora, Ontario), who passed away on October 29, 2026, at the age of 87. Bernice will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her son Michael Gordon Sanderson. She is survived by: her children, Robert Clarence Sanderson, Matthew Sanderson (Alannah), Caeley Hildebrand, Olivia Sanderson, Steven Napiorski (Brandy Bentley), Jesse Napiorski (Ashley), Joe Edgar, Jamie, Cody and Sandy; and her great grandchildren, Sadie Bentley, Miles Edgar and Autumn Edgar.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 4th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Thompson Funeral Home Chapel (530 Industrial Pkwy S, Aurora, ON L4G6W8). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A reception will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Thompson Funeral Home (530 Industrial Pkwy S, Aurora, ON L4G6W8). A committal service will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 at 2:30 PM at the King City Cemetery (2580 King Rd, King City, ON L7B1J7).
